Hoover, South Dakota
An impressive storm developed and moved over Hoover, SD in northwest South Dakota. I caught up with this storm about 15 minutes after a radar indicated tornado warning went out. I watched the updraft base from Castle Rock, SD and it did show signs of low level rotation, however, after about 20 minutes it took on a linear appearance and became outflow dominant.
